Swallowing Disorders (Dysphagia)
If you’re having trouble swallowing or feel as though you have something stuck in your throat for an extended period of time, you may have a swallowing disorder. Dysphagia itself may be a symptom of a number of different causes and our team will work to find the root of your problem using the latest diagnostic techniques and procedures.
Symptoms of dysphagia may include drooling, difficulty swallowing, the sensation of having something stuck in your throat, tightness in the throat or chest, a chronic “lump” in your throat, weight loss caused by inadequate calorie intake, coughing or choking, and vocal changes.
